    Rudolfus dei gratia dux Austrie, Stiri (sic) fideli suo abbat de Malberch gratiam suam et omne bonum. Tibi presentibus seriose iniungimus et mandamus precise volentes, quatenus Bernhardum de Lilie et filium suum Dauid in bonis suis in Taufstain auctoritate nostra et in justiciam (sic) manu teneas et defendas, non permittens sibi aliquam violenciam irrogaii. Datum in Sancto Yppolito.
