Der Passauer Suffraganbischof Johannes Victricensis weiht in Anwesenheit des Abtes Petrus von Lilienfeld die Kirche in (Annaberg) propter ampliationem novarum structurarum cum omnibus altaribus: Hochaltar: Erlöser, Maria und Anna; altare versus meridiem: Leonhard, Bernhard, Alexius, Nikolaus, Margaretha, Hedwig; altare in sinistra parte versus aquilonem de novo constructum: alle Apostel, Bischof Tibuldus, Achatius et soc., Dorothea, Barbara; altare in medio constitutum: Maria Magdalena, Johannes Evangelist, Katharina, Cäcilia; altare super basilicam fabricatum: Sigismund, Pankraz, Georg, Oswald Udalrich und Theobald.
