Apagh - quintodecimo die feriae secundae ante Phil. et Jac. Szabolcs megye hatósága jelenti Zsigmond királynak, hogy 1436. április 2-i parancsa végrehajtása céljából a megyebeli Lewk, Ezlar és Gyoman possessiók szomszédjait, valamint a megyebeli nemeseket összehívták Apagh-ba, a megyei szedria székhelyére és azok ott eskü alatt vallották, hogy a mandátumban foglalt hatalmaskodás megtörtént.
