A somogyi konvent privilegiális oklevele arról, hogy előtte a Rátoldiak az általuk elfoglalva tartott Basal birtokot fogott bírák döntése alapján átadták az Alma-melléki - Győr nembeli - nemeseknek, mert a pécsi káptalan levelével igazolták, hogy azt ősük, Ondus fia: néhai Péter vásárolta. - Tartalmilag átírta I.
