We have some big news to announce:

Monasterium is on the move!

We are currently migrating our website and database to a new server directly under the Monasterium.net-Domain.

Starting tomorrow, you can reach us at:
  • Monasterium.net for the Portal, as usual
  • Monasterium.net/mom/home for the database. This replaces the old URL: mom-ca.uni-koeln.de/mom/home
Our move enables us to provide you with permanantly valid links to our documents.
Due to the nature of the upgrade process, please expect irregularities in the use of the site starting from midnight today and during the whole day tomorrow.

Also, we have fused the former homepage of Monasterium.net with our ICARUS homepage: Now you can enter Monasterium.net via the starting page of ICARUS - It's all conveniently in one place! Click here to give it a try!

If you stumble across any problems after tomorrow, please get in contact with us via the contact form on the ICARUS website.

Ex archivis ...

Vienna, Central Archive of the Teutonic Order:

Pope Honorius III. declares the triviality of the complaint brought forward by the Knights Templar concerning the circumstance that the Teutonic Knights were also wearing white surcoats.

He calls on them to resolve the dispute that had arisen over this matter in a befriending manner before the arrival of Emperor Frederick II. in Palastine.
